Congratulations Miss Sophie

Sophie just did her first State level pageant this weekend.  She got first runner up in party wear and fourth runner up with Silly Snapshot in the Sunburst Texas State pageant.  She did awesome.  She was happy because she got 3 of the one thing she wanted...TROPHIES!  That is all she wants.  Here are the pictures of some of what she wore.

Miss Sophie's New glitz Pageant dress

Keep in mind it is not quite finished, but it is close.  I thought you might like to see it.  I have the bustle, shoulder details, hair bow, closures, and choker to finish yet.  I still have to start her party dress.  Which is going to be similar to what you have seen before.  It is Zebra and dark pink.  But like each of my dresses it will be differant than any other.

Miss Anna Claire's Dresses

Hollywood Dress

I am finally done with the Hollywood dress.  Good Luck Miss AC!

 This is the bodice for the dress.  I still have to sew the closures and hem the bottom but I will do that tonight while watching biggest loser.

This is a layered/tiered two tone cupcake.  IT is adjustable.  I have to sew the closures and the loopers to attach it to the dress.

On to the purple dress.

I hope it is a happy Tuesday at least.  I started work yesterday on the bead work for Miss Sophie's Native American custom for the Sunburst pageant in May.  I didn't really get much done because Miss Sophie is cutting 4 jaw teeth and 2 front teeth.  It was not pretty at my house.  It made her spike a really bad fever.  I will be working on the  outfit for several days.  The beading alone is going to take awhile.  But it should be really worth it.  I maybe a little out of touch for the rest of the week.  My hubby is coming for a quick visit.  Yeah!  Well, I will post pics when I get it done.

Glitz western wear

This is the outfit for Miss Sophie to wear in her first State level pageant. 

The the denim of the skirt was already with Silver tread and holographic silver sequins.  I added about 20 red heart rhinestones and about 12 clear heart rhinestones to it.

I added about 85 tiny clear circle rhinestones to it after I made it just so it would be a little more glitzy like the skirt.

Morning

Boy everything seems a lot greener after a big rain doesn't it.  Well, we had some storms here last night, so that were pretty bad, but we are all okay.  While I was waiting for the big bad weather to come last night, I started on Miss Sophie's western wear skirt.  It is truly turning out adorable.  I can't wait to finish it so you all can see it.  I have enough of the sparkle denim cut to so another skirt for a princess between baby and 2 years old. It would look adorable paired with pink. 

I also finished hemming Miss Josie's sundress.  It turned out really cute.  I think it is cuter shorter.  I am willing to make those for adult even.  If interested just let me know.  I better get going, I have a Stampin' Up! card class to prepare for.

It is completely finished and shipping today

The "over the top" princess dress is finished and going in the mail today.  I hope Miss Phoebe really enjoys it.  I think it looks awesome. 

I finished my repair work yesterday.  That was really trying to me.  I think in the future, I will stick to doing my own stuff. 

Now to work on the Purple sundress with cherries on it.  I have to hem it for Miss Josie.  By the way it sold. Then  I am starting on Miss Sophie's western outfit.

Good Morning

I will be posting new stuff soon.  I am currently working on a big rush order to repair 2 pageant dresses and a pageant swimsuit for somebody.  I also have a card class on Saturday.  I will be busy this week.   I will be posting some pictures next week.  You can also follow me on facebook.com.  I would love to add more friends/fans/likes on there.  Who knows there might be a freebie when I hit 100 fans/friends/likes.

Cherry sundress

This is a sundress I just made.  It is roughly a size 7 (little girls).  It will fit from a 21-26" chest and the length is 35" long.  It is for sale for $18.  If interested email me at mistismemories@yahoo.com. 

Over the top princess dress

This is a dress I am making for a friend's little girl for her birthday.  The gauntlets below match.  I am not done with this dress I still have to hand sew the details and the closures, but it give you a really good idea.

Happy Tuesday!

I am about to head out the door to go get some fabric.  I have 3 orders for dresses so I will have some more pictures up soon.  A new pageant beauty dress, a pageant "hollywood catagory" dress, and an "over the top" Princess dress.  I will also be making my daughter a new pageant dress soon.  So that will be 4 dresses I will be making.   Plus I need to be making some more Clothes for Sophie for Spring and summer.  I will put pictures up as soon as I get them done.
